Henninger and F-M have played in some classic games in recent years, and no doubt they're always among Section III's best teams. They battled in front of a packed house at Joe Mazella Court in Eastwood tonight, much to the delight of the Henninger faithful. A game that was close throughout went Henninger's way after Kavon DeLee scored 18 points in the 61-52 victory for the Black Knights.
Tevin Chisholm chipped in 14 points, as Henninger improved to a perfect 5-0 in league play.
Oswego scored an impressive victory on Friday, topping C-NS 62-57, Josh Gillard scored 22 for the Bucs.
ES-M who was unbeaten heading into this week dropped its second straight contest, 63-53 to Cortland tonight. Brandon Babcock dropped 15 points for the Purple Tigers, who are proving they are once again among the elite teams in Class A.
